Darnet P,
Tech did not contact me before coming per your appointment time t notification. Otherwise he was very professional.

Kenneth R,
said dishwasher needed to be replaced - repair cost same as purchase of new unit. Ran dishwasher twice since tech left - seems to be working fine. Believe problem was leaking or over use of Jet Dry.
Suzanne B,
Customer service response - We're glad to hear your dishwasher is working fine, Suzanne. We appreciate your feedback and will ensure our diagnostics are as accurate as possible in the future.

The AI generated Texts do not communicate well with the technician and visa versa. Additionally the constant texts and phone calls are annoying.
Rodney S,
My Tech Marcus arrived sooner than expected. He was very pleasant. I give him 5 stars. But I give the company’s system, website and online staff a big fat 0 stars. Marcus determined that I needed a new compressor, which I suspected. I approved the repairs. He entered the part needed which said it was in stock, I signed for approval, but when he clicked on the calendar to setup an install date and error occurred and the calendar was blank. He tried for a good 30 minutes but kept getting the error. He tried entering another part (a single screw) and the calendar appeared with several dates. He tried the condenser again and go the same error. There was no number for him to call and get help. He tried calling his manager and but there was no answer or call back. He did everything he could to try and help me. While he was trying to find someone to help him with my order, I searched the website for a number to call to try and get help. After 15 minutes I finally found a phone number to call buried deep in the website. I called the number and was transferred 4 times to different departments (general, repairs, parts, installation) everyone saying they couldn’t help. The last person suggested he close out the order, me pay the diagnostic fee $129 then go onto their website and order the part myself. Once I receive the part I need to setup a new appointment. This is absolutely absurd that I have to jump through all these hoops to get my fridge repaired. But I did pay the diagnostic fee which was supposed to be waived when I approved the service. The service that couldn’t be scheduled. I did place an order for the part, it was billed to my CC, I received a pending order confirmation, but have not received confirmation my order was placed. So I have no clue when I will receive my order. I am extremely frustrated. My fridge died 2 days before Christmas and I lost over 1K worth of groceries (freezer and fridge) I had gradually accumulated over time during sales because I had lost my job and was using my little savings to make sure we could eat while I am looking for a job. I also lost medication when it died. I can’t buy food or medication until my fridge is repaired. I’m afraid I won’t receive the part or have it installed. It’s been 10 days and I am still without a fridge. Help!

This tech was great. The first one, was not. The first one did not let me know he was on the way. When he came to my door, He rang the doorbell and then left Within 10 seconds. He didn’t answer any return calls. Trying to get in touch with a representative from Sears with a headache. I had to call eight different times to get in touch with someone. if it were not for this second technician, I would rate one star. I would not recommend using them.

Beware!!!!While the tech was nice and professional enough. You wait all day. Integrity and honesty is definitely lacking. The diagnostic fee supposed to be $109 was in all my appt paperwork. I was charged $129. I was shown an estimate of over $1500 for refrigerator repair but was not provided anything in writing or by email. When I looked over my receipt the Tech charged me for labor instead of diagnostic but nothing was fixed, he wrote that I declined an estimate for the compressor (which was not true) because the estimate he showed on his phone was a list of various parts totaling over $1500 but never gave a written or emailed estimate. Customer Service was nice enough but they are dishonest too. Where is the integrity and honesty anymore. Most times I call someone for a home repair they are never honest, always trying to overprice, half do the job or to lazy to do the job. Read multiple forums for reviews. I later saw the same complaint on a Better Business Website about this company. Lucky they only beat me out of $20 extra.
