The technician was great, however I tried contacting the company a few days prior to the appointment however, I was not provided with a contact number to speak with a live representative.

This tech was great. The first one, was not. The first one did not let me know he was on the way. When he came to my door, He rang the doorbell and then left Within 10 seconds. He didn’t answer any return calls. Trying to get in touch with a representative from Sears with a headache. I had to call eight different times to get in touch with someone. if it were not for this second technician, I would rate one star. I would not recommend using them.

Beware!!!!While the tech was nice and professional enough. You wait all day. Integrity and honesty is definitely lacking. The diagnostic fee supposed to be $109 was in all my appt paperwork. I was charged $129. I was shown an estimate of over $1500 for refrigerator repair but was not provided anything in writing or by email. When I looked over my receipt the Tech charged me for labor instead of diagnostic but nothing was fixed, he wrote that I declined an estimate for the compressor (which was not true) because the estimate he showed on his phone was a list of various parts totaling over $1500 but never gave a written or emailed estimate. Customer Service was nice enough but they are dishonest too. Where is the integrity and honesty anymore. Most times I call someone for a home repair they are never honest, always trying to overprice, half do the job or to lazy to do the job. Read multiple forums for reviews. I later saw the same complaint on a Better Business Website about this company. Lucky they only beat me out of $20 extra.

Wasted a day off work for the technician to show up and not be able to do anything because my dishwasher had no model or serial number tag. This was after Sear’s AI bot wasted a bunch of time asking me for pictures, to describe the problem, and other details about the problem. Apparently none of that information was even sent to the service technician. Sears needs to get their act together. Very frustrating to waste all this time and money for nothing. Maybe try hiring real people and then maybe try communicating with the service technician. Not happy with my service experience at all.

This is actually a “zero star” review! Waited a week for my appointment, then sat around waiting throughout my “appointment window” only to have no one show up. No phone call…no explanation…nothing! Can’t get a real live person on the phone to even ask questions let alone receive assistance! Truly unprofessional and inexcusable! Shame on you!!

I paid $129 for nothing. 5 mins after the technician left the dishwasher stop working again. Now I am without a dishwasher. The error code stated there was a leak. It was confirmed there was no leak. The technician fiddled around with the machine for a few minutes and it started to work. He charges me the diagnostic service fee although the diagnosis was not determined or provided. $129 down the drain.

Sears was a no-show at our house, not 1 time but 2 times. Both times they expected me to wait from 8 to 5:00, all day and refused to give me any kind of service window time frame. Additionally, both of the times that they did not show up after I waited all day, they merely sent an email saying that they were not coming. No excuse offered, no opportunity to reschedule. We will definitely not be using them ever again. Would have rated them less than one star but I did not have the option

First time: “we are in the way”. 45 minutes later they canceled the appt. Second time: knock knock? Technician left because nobody answer the door. I have cameras and nobody show up to my house and the picture that HARVEY P. Sent is the very first house of the neighborhood and it was so far that obviously he lie to not work. Never called and any message at all.

Set up an appointment on the phone for November 26. Not only was the incorrect cell phone number entered but the incorrect email address. The system was not working to pay. Their system would repeat back incorrect numbers. The confirmation never came (due to the wrong number). I contacted the number on the 27th where the system immediately sent me a text confirming for the 30th. That's when I realized the incorrect email. Tried to reschedule. Used Chat- the person said no availability but he would push it through. Didn't happen. I got a confirmation reminder today for Saturday! Chatted again, and had to cancel the appointment all together! The use of international agents with English barriers and the over dependency on technology will cost you business- mine for now!
