Beware!!!!While the tech was nice and professional enough. You wait all day. Integrity and honesty is definitely lacking. The diagnostic fee supposed to be $109 was in all my appt paperwork. I was charged $129. I was shown an estimate of over $1500 for refrigerator repair but was not provided anything in writing or by email. When I looked over my receipt the Tech charged me for labor instead of diagnostic but nothing was fixed, he wrote that I declined an estimate for the compressor (which was not true) because the estimate he showed on his phone was a list of various parts totaling over $1500 but never gave a written or emailed estimate. Customer Service was nice enough but they are dishonest too. Where is the integrity and honesty anymore. Most times I call someone for a home repair they are never honest, always trying to overprice, half do the job or to lazy to do the job. Read multiple forums for reviews. I later saw the same complaint on a Better Business Website about this company. Lucky they only beat me out of $20 extra.

I had to call another company to fix my system. Who got it up and running in 20-25 minutes with new fuse and con̈sensor and something else that was burnt out. He never fixed it.

This place is closed down out of business!!!!!

My dish washer is still not working. The guy left and said it was fix. But it was not. Water was sitting in the bottom of it when I opened it and none of the buttons work. Wouldn’t even turn on. A and E truck came out twice.

Horrible worker do better Sears. Seriously!

If I could give you zero stars I would. I would bet that every single five star review on here is fake. It’s honestly quite impressive how you can speak to a real life person to schedule an appointment but when your technician doesn’t show up for about 12 hours, On a day that you took off of work, You are only an “AI company”. Bullshit. And here I am sitting with a broken washing machine after I’ve had company in my house and have told of wash to do. Don’t even bother replying back to this review. I’m not calling corporate or doing any of that shit.

this service is a scam. someone with no experience came over and told me my drying heating element was out. the quote for the repair was $719.00 and i had to pay a $129.00 diagnostic fee. when i refused it he told me he understood and that their prices were ridiculous. so he offered to do the job after hours for $175.00 and gave me the part number to order. long story short, i had another appliance repair company come over and the dryer was perfect. it was the electrical breaker that went bad. cost me $25.00 to fix it. i plan to contact my credit card company regarding the diagnostic fee.

Warning: I would not bother with this company. It behaves like a Fraudulent Scam or Con. Rwasons: They Failed to Show up to an appt. They canceled the appt without notice nor reason. There is no person to speak with (at all), and their AI is the only 'person's to speak with about these things aside from their website. Since the AI agent said the appointment was canceled I am now without a critical appliance for my large family until someone can come repair it. I would not have concidering this until the AI Refused to send out an technician asap and instead said we must wait an additional 7days for repairs on our washing machine. For this reason, I am reporting the company as Fraudulent and would recommend never bothering with their services at all.

Wasted a day off work for the technician to show up and not be able to do anything because my dishwasher had no model or serial number tag. This was after Sear’s AI bot wasted a bunch of time asking me for pictures, to describe the problem, and other details about the problem. Apparently none of that information was even sent to the service technician. Sears needs to get their act together. Very frustrating to waste all this time and money for nothing. Maybe try hiring real people and then maybe try communicating with the service technician. Not happy with my service experience at all.

This is actually a “zero star” review! Waited a week for my appointment, then sat around waiting throughout my “appointment window” only to have no one show up. No phone call…no explanation…nothing! Can’t get a real live person on the phone to even ask questions let alone receive assistance! Truly unprofessional and inexcusable! Shame on you!!
