Clifford was awesome. He was very respectful, hard working, knew what what he was doing. He did such a great job of explaining what was wrong and ordering the parts. I really appreciate everything he has done for us in the repair of our GE washer.

I’m so thankful to have found a reliable company that I can call for a variety of home repairs. Every time I have called Sears, they have provided top notch customer service and solved the issue at hand. Today was no different. Cliff arrived on time and was incredibly friendly and professional. He was methodical and intentional in replacing a part for my LG oven. He took his time to make sure everything functioned as it should before leaving and reviewed the home warranty program. This level of kindness and professionalism has been consistent across all my calls to Sears. It means a lot to be able to count on skilled people like Cliff — thank you!!
