I had the most wonderful experience even tho my Jenn Air double wall oven appliance was very old. I felt they were totally honest about every angle of what they could do and couldn’t do. They educated me in simple terms about all sorts of aspects going on. They Calibrated one of the ovens and informed me the other was useless; showed me how the door closures were not tight; explained why my temperature gauge was not reliable. So very nice, explaining the problems, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company highly to anyone needing appliance repair. I signed up for their appliance repair service for all my appliances at a very reasonable monthly charge. No pressure involved; just seemed obvious that it was a good deal.
