The gentleman (Vincent) who came was polite & worked quietly & efficiently. He had to return for two additional appointments when replacement parts he ordered had arrived. The first time the right part had arrived but did not work on our appliance. He ordered an original part & it worked perfectly. He communicated each step of the way throughout the process & we would have him return for any other appliance repair.
