He was very polite and helpful. He explained to me some simple maintenance that I could be doing Without speaking down to me. That ongoing maintenance will make my dishwasher last longer and then he made the dishwasher work. We shook hands and I told him that I truly enjoyed this service. He is an intelligent, respectful gentleman, and I hope all of your folks are good.
