Mike helped us understand what he was doing at every step. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his work. I was very impressed with his repair and professionalism. I would recommend his talent to everyone.

SEARS was assigned to repair 2 dishwashers by AHS. For the first one, I had to wait over a month and SEARS re-schedule the service visit 3 times. For the second one, SEARS lost the service order (even though, was already paid for) and would not create a new one, eventually AHS assigned a different company to service my dishwasher

Set up appointment for a clean, takes off two screws then recommends to replace the whole inside machine parts! Horrible

This was the worst customer experience of my life. They are terrible, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! They are dishonest, said they came to my house and I didn’t answer when I know they didn’t. They came to my house to diagnose my fridge(even though they already knew what was wrong with it because we diagnosed it over the phone) and he looked at it for 5 seconds and said it was the compressor, which we knew already. That was on January 15th. Since then they canceled 4 appointments on me, then tried to blame me for it. Meanwhile, the entire time they didn’t even have the part! It’s the most inept company I ever dealt with. No wonder their department stores went under. Stay away
