Mike was very good in repairing our dishwasher. He explained the problem and repaired it professionally. 5 stars for Mike. 0 stars for Sears. Appointment was scheduled for Monday between 8am and 12pm. I waited at home all morning and tried to call Sears at 11am to get status update. Like many others that have tried to speak with a service rep, you can not. All you get are AI or robo . At 11:45 I received text advising they cancelled my appointment. Appointment rescheduled to Tuesday. Sears has poor customer service and I would not recommend Sears .

Edward was very friendly and was able to diagnose my refridgerator problem. He order the part and arrived as scheduled to replace evaporator fan. A+++++

Erick was very persistent and won't leave until he was satisfied he had done everything to solve the problem, which of course he did. My granddaughters were here and he was very sweet. He loved the pictures they drew for.
