Technician was pleasant, quick and knowledgeable...easy to talk with and clearly knew what he was doing. Your scheduling system and AI assistants suck. They're appallingly bad, cancelling appointments and updating with inaccurate and otherwise useless information.

I liked the quick scheduling and prompt response. Pricing was a bit questionable to fix an ice maker considering I researched and found the part for under 100.00. Overall, a good experience. My only recommendation is to have access to a live agent. Sears relies totally and completely on an automated and AI process. I couldn’t contact a real person to ask a question. Thankfully, the technician, Zack, reached out and said he was on his way. Good experience.
