Our technician was wonderful!! Called ahead of time to give us a closer window of when he would be arriving, followed up to notify us when he was about 20 minutes away and fixed the problem very quickly. He was courteous and polite as well. Thank you for a wonderful job!

Not a fan of the AI and unable to contact someone. After a couple of no shows and reschedules by your company, Edward finally came by and gave a thorough check on my fridge issue. He explained what he thought was the issue and addressed. I’m hoping everything is fixed at this point. Will continue to monitor but as far as Edward the technician, he was great.
