The dishwasher is not fixable - my tech was a really nice guy, hard working and professional. Sears is lucky to have him.

The service gentleman was very professional, fixed promptly. With the appliance service contract Sears offers, I only had to pay a deductible of $100. It was a great value.

This was a very positive experience! Tech and his assistant were friendly, professional, and completed the work for less than expected. Washer is working again, better than before. I was very pleased with how they kept me informed at every step. Glad to have my washer working again!
