Very disappointed that he showed up in 6 hours. What happened with 8-12? He had 9 appointments and I was #5. Shame on Sears to make us wait 6 hours for a service technician. Yes it was not his fault, but, Sears should not promise customers a 4 hour window!

John was Awesome and very friendly. After working on the issue for a few minutes, he educated us on how we should use the washer to avoid the same issue from reoccurring and how much soap we should actually use vs what the packaging says. It was refreshing learning so much and also had great conversation. John is a great guy and an asset to your organization. He was Profesional, courteous, knowledgeable and delivered an awesome customer service experience.
