Not a fan of the AI and unable to contact someone. After a couple of no shows and reschedules by your company, Edward finally came by and gave a thorough check on my fridge issue. He explained what he thought was the issue and addressed. I’m hoping everything is fixed at this point. Will continue to monitor but as far as Edward the technician, he was great.
