The tech was perfect, he was friendly, knowledgeable , and punctual. However, it really stinks to pay 100$ to find out I needed a new washer, I feel there should be a better way to learn that rather than paying a 100$ for nothing. There should be screening done on the phone prior to sending a tech our. I tried to tell you my problem on the phone and all you wanted to do was sell me an extended warranty which obviously would not have done me any good anyway. You just wanted to extract money from me. That's mean. Now I'm out a 100 after Christmas and have to go purchase a new washer when my washer is less than 2 years old with transmission issue. The tech was great! But I don't appreciate the attempt to extract as much money as you could from me on the phone. Pathetic!!!

I can’t say enough of good things for Domingo who works at Sears Home Services. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his work. I know you can’t ask for him specifically but he is the best technician.
