Rescheduled 4x- I have 4 children and my husband is deployed. I had to miss 4 days out of work. My dishwasher still isnt fixed and its been broken for 20 days

Okay, so first of all, when you try to schedule an appointment on the site, pressing the "book repair" button also means consenting to receive "autodialed, prerecorded, and/or artificial voice offers and promotions via texts and/or calls from Transformco and its business units" which means SPAM. I opted to call to schedule, and talked to some AI voice chatbot that got my name wrong. When the day of the repair appointment came, the technician didn't try to contact me, and didn't read the instructions to come to the SIDE door. All I got was an email with picture of the wrong door saying "sorry we missed you". Unacceptable, and definitely the not Sears customer care I remember.

I paid $500 and the same error code appeared on my washer/dryer combo after running the first cycle following repair. The clothes were still wet and the dryer was not fixed. When I called customer service I was only able to speak with AI and not an actual human being to discuss this problem. They scheduled another technician to come out and added another fee which I will not be paying.

Work wasn’t complete…Michael said is was coming back with help to complete the work; But never showed up again…We need someone to come back and finish the work request…We placed this request since July and we are still dealing with issues after several visits and re-ordered parts…We need answer ASAP

Warning Review: I want to share a bad experience I had with a service company. They charged me $139 for a diagnostic on my washer, which suddenly stopped draining water. They said the diagnostic fee would be waived if I went ahead with the repair, but the total cost they quoted was unreasonable. They wanted $299 for labor plus almost $200 for parts, which is close to the price I originally paid for my washer just a year ago. They do not always have the parts on hand and instead make money off the diagnostic fee, even if you don’t proceed. I strongly advise others to avoid this company because I felt they took advantage of me with their pricing and practices.

Service Tech, did not install ice maker correctly, wire and black electric tape wrapped around wire hanging where the tray pulls out, very unsafe, pulling the drawer out to get the ice is rubbing against wire, I am afraid the wire coating will break and cause electrical issues. Called to advise asked for tech to come out. Yet yo hear from anyone!

They determined my dryer was collecting water and not working to dry the clothes was because of plumbing problem and they don’t do that work. So the only plumbing the dryer has is a drain tube that takes the water out of the condenser. It is part of the dryer. And if it is clogged it should be part of the service I paid for. A plumber is not required to clear a dryers drain hose but yet you said ‘I know nothing about plumbing’. Don’t call sears!

Well my oven is still broken,after appointments and only showing up for one of them. The one they showed up for was on a Saturday they did nothing because they said they couldn't get a hold of LG so he closed order and told me to call LG and have them make a new one. So two weeks later they made appointment on the wrong day so it still not fixed. I will never call Sears again. I will call LG and have them send another repair company
