DO NOT USE!! After cancelling a service call, they shipped me parts for a dryer that I no longer had and would not refund my money - almost $800. Total run around and unresponsive when trying to get my money back. Had to dispute the charge with my bank. Absolute nightmare. BEWARE! Do not use! EDIT: And of course Sears responds to my review by doing what they've always done throughout this interaction. . Provide a phone number that connects to an automated phone system that makes it virtually impossible to speak with an actual human being or directs me to a generic website that is even more useless than the phone number they provide. Sears Home Services is either uninterested or unable to actually respond to my issue. Again DO NOT USE! Do not be fooled by Sears' attempt that they care by responding to these reviews. They do not care.

I have been dealing with this company for a month now and I have gone from a broken washer… to not having a washer or dryer and parts taking up my entire bathroom. I can’t contact anyone, I didn’t want to resort to this but I can not get in contact with ANYONE and I have tried every different number I can find for them online. I have paid more money than I care to say and I have had to use a laundromat for over a month now… I have a 6 month old daughter at home and having to leave and go to the laundromat with her is driving us crazy. The icing on top was today when I scheduled an appointment, took a day from work and the tech no showed and stopped answering his phone to let me know an eta. If anyone has any suggestions on how I can get in touch with them without getting a robot to pick up, it would be greatly appreciated.

He laughed at me about being late then told me he needed to take his lunch first so he showed up at 4:20 pm from a 8 -12 am apt. He never checked to see if the temp was correct after he installed the new parts now I find that the bottom oven doesn’t flex clean and it doesn’t warm and hold.

The repair person was wonderful but the biggest issue was finding out what was going on with the parts. as it turns out the parts were mailed to the plumber but he wasn't notified, neither were we. it took over three months for our dishwasher to get fixed. I will never use your service again

I've been trying to get an appointment for a month now. I pay for a maintenance plan and clearly it isn't worth it. They always tell me a tach isn't in my area right now. I live in the same city that this business is in. I've tried calling, chat and online to make an appointment to no avail.

Today my washer was serviced after being cancelled on yesterday (waiting all day for tech to cancel at 5pm with no explanation). Tech came today and when he left I noticed that he had used a bowl from my kitchen to do a portion of the repair/test. He left the bowl in my laundry room, didn't have the courtesy to at least put it back. Furthermore, one of the parts that needed to be replaced was the detergent dispenser. When he had left, I noticed instead of replacing it, he left it on the washer, I guess for me to replace it?? What is he being paid for? I'll pass on doing business with Sears going forward.
