I've been trying to get an appointment for a month now. I pay for a maintenance plan and clearly it isn't worth it. They always tell me a tach isn't in my area right now. I live in the same city that this business is in. I've tried calling, chat and online to make an appointment to no avail.

Today my washer was serviced after being cancelled on yesterday (waiting all day for tech to cancel at 5pm with no explanation). Tech came today and when he left I noticed that he had used a bowl from my kitchen to do a portion of the repair/test. He left the bowl in my laundry room, didn't have the courtesy to at least put it back. Furthermore, one of the parts that needed to be replaced was the detergent dispenser. When he had left, I noticed instead of replacing it, he left it on the washer, I guess for me to replace it?? What is he being paid for? I'll pass on doing business with Sears going forward.

I called for a repair. It was pretty obvious what was wrong with it from the information I provide. The repairman walk in, knew exactly what was wrong with only to tell me he doesn’t have the part and would have to come back basically doubling the cost of repair. Complained to Sears and got no where. Call someone else

Dryer vent is still blocked and showing an error that it is not ventilating after a cleaning service.
