The only problem is the call center. The phone menu doesn't allow to speak directly with a representative to ask questions.

Really nice guy, but I still need help with water freezing on the back panel of the refrigerator. A line of water that drips, freezes. He just placed a foam patch around the leak origin, but it did not stop the leak. So, now I need to schedule service, again. He could have ordered the part saving time & resources.
