Hector is a great guy and knowledgeable technician. He was very polite and professional. Answered all my concerns and questions about the situation. He finished in a timely fashion and cleaned up after himself. Hector is a great field technician with all the right skills and disposition. I have to say He’s definitely a great company asset and deserves to be recognized by his peers and colleagues. It’s people like him that make a difference in the workplace and turned a bad situation into a great experience. Thanks for your support and service.

Great service even though calls are received by Ai and responds does every thing, my maintenance contract did not appear according to Ai, Ai told me if I had the documentation to show it to the tec. Which I did an he called his supervisor and fix every . After all repairs were done.
