Arrived 6 hrs after predicted arrival Replaced burned out motor efficiently and tested the machine that it was working Was shocked at the cost of the motor and repair as it was close to the cost of a new machine I assume the $800 dollar cost of the motor was not Sears fault.

The technicians were good but your parts supply system was the worst I had ever seen. It was impossible to contact UPS and it took longer for the part to get here than it should have and we had to cancel the technician appointment because nobody knew where the parts were. The story is a comedy of errors but it is to long to tell here. Better use USPS they are more efficient and it the patriotic thing to do. Overall I was disappointed with the service.
