Sears techs are thieves. I ordered service one guy came said it was computer they came to install then said no it’s the motor to watching machine then they set up a next visit the day of they sent text saying job completed without even stepping foot on my property. over 7 months ago was the initial request. I called to reschedule but it was to start the process all over again. I paid via Sears card $640. No job done and they wanted me to reduce the process all over again. New bill no one can help me. They stolen money from my 91 yr old mother. Today the tech parked in front of my house and left. $640 down the drain. The stolen from an old lady. I had to buy a use washer. I came from the states and left my job to take care of my mom. I have nothing.
