Setting appointment time was disastrous> I gave follow-up on 5 occasions and on each one of them I was given a different time for arrival. Furthermore, no one called me to confirm either appointment scheduled nor hour of arrival. Although I had to wait for a whole day, when the repairman arrived he did his job expeditiously and with gusto. I was 100% satisfied with his service.
