Jonathan, the technician did a quick and efficient job with the reparation of the refrigerator. However, I also have an upright freezer that is supposed to be repaired. I received the parts already. I have tried to contact someone in Sears repair to let them know, but all I get is the automated system that tells me I have an appointment on April 8th. That date has already passed and I'm still waiting for someone to install the parts. I've tried various times to speak to a human, but all I get it the system that is not helpful.

The technician was very communicative and explained me what he was doing as he was working. My only complaint is that someone called me Thursday night verifying my address, after giving the information several times and spelling it, the person left out the street name and house number. Aside from that, everything went great.
