Three technicians to determine, repair and solve the problem of my refrigerator. Wrong compressor. Peter's Principle. What is going to be wrong will be wrong. Regret bought the refrigerator at a Sears Outlet. They used to be proud of their product. I do have a dryer with more than 20 years of service.

The good - making the appt was easy online. many confirmations received. tech showed up on time. did the work. The bad - we had already determined that the dyer needed a new belt. it was all open and ready for a new one. took 9 minutes to change. The charge for the belt was OK, but the labor was twice as much as I expected. I thought it was an error. but at that point I had no choice. I was in it for the basic service call already, so felt i had to continue. Try to get an estimate or use another company. i probably will not use them again. The amount was generated by his system, so there was no room for negotiation.
