Jeffrey made it convenient for me to be able to go to work since his location was constantly updated. I work 10 minutes from my home so when he called to tell me he was on his way to my house I could leave work to meet him. He was professional and conscientious in his assessment of the issue concerning my oven and submitted the information to Choise in a timely manner.
