Travis was the tech who did the repair. Very professional and considerate of everyone in the house. What really helped was that he offered guidance on better care for the dryer. Preventative tips that will help its longevity and continuing its service life.

My refrigerator stopped keeping items cold on the top four shelves and then froze everything in the crisper and the freezer completely defrosted at one time and the ice maker stopped working. Mike was able to troubleshoot the problem. Order parts and conveniently worked around my knee surgery that I was having and just fixed it. I am very happy with the service I received.
