Jeff is always great. Probablem I have is with management not making the right call to replace my unit. Vs continue to fix it every 6 months. If I have another issue I will Filing a report with my attorney to get a new unit

We had a lot of back and forth scheduling the repair and addressing multiple delays with the repair company itself, however, Anibal made up for it. He made sure to communicate directly with us regarding part delays and ultimately got our fridge working just in time for Thanksgiving! He did great work and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided. The Sears company is lucky to have him!

I was well informed about the arrival time and the costs. The problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly. My only complaint is not Jeffrey's fault, but Sears has been inundating me with upsell on a warranty program that I do not want at every point of contact.

Darius is the fourth technician to come out to fix the leak in our refrigerator. He discovered the leak was from a cracked drain pan. I do not know how the others missed this. He ordered the part and came back out today to fix it. I am giving him five stars. He was also very courteous.
