Excellent. He arrived on time was able to quickly determine the problem and fix it. He was very pleasant, but still professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs that type of service.

Jeff arrived in the morning and called to let us know he had arrived. He was very polite and pleasant and resolved our issues quickly. It was a very good experience as we we not sure how best to handle these sorts of things. Will DEfFINITELY think about coverage and using Sears Home Service again. Long time homeowner happy to know who to call.

Glad you were able to get my freezer working with an iffy control panel before replacing it with a new one. Initial visit Nov. 21 -- final visit Dec 3. Being without a fridge/freezer 12 days would have been really bad. Thankfully you were able get the machine up and running.
