Jeff left without talking to me. I was upstairs getting changed for a work event. I saw him leave on my ring camera. I went to check on my dishwasher and it still did not work. I don't know what his assessment was or if that was the end of the service call. I have no clue what the plan is or if there is even a plan. I'm so confused.

Scam. Dude seen it said was electrical issue & left.
Scam. Dude seen it had no power said was electrical issue and left charging me still. He was here for 3 mins. I Literally said on the work order it had no power. Why even take it

Service
He showed up took one look at my machine and said that he doesnt work on that brand, took the parts and left. He was nice but Ive waited a week for service since parts had to be ordered which we correct but not I am stuck as no one fixed by machine

Dishwasher repair
I did not appreciate having a 13 hour window of when they would show up. Also the dishwasher was never secured back to the counter nor was the insulation put back on. We also were just told when the appointment was and I had to change it, then they never scheduled a tech to come to the house.

The problem continues
Douglas arrived in good order and was polite. He had difficulty accessing diagnostic codes and was unable to erase previous diagnostic codes due to limitations of the washer. The difficulty was that the washer has a locked door at the end of the casual and whitest of whites cycles. The problem persists. Douglas stated that he was not able to stay the 54 minutes needed to cycle the casual cycle. Also when he was on his way over I offered to begin the cycle so that it would display once he got here but he told me not to do so. The washer continues to have its door locked at the end of the normal cycle. The problem has not been resolved.

If I could only give 0 stars...
The tech was rude, complained about his knees and other physical issues while he was here. He left trash all over my basement. He never reattached the light inside the dryer so that is still not working. Since then the appointment to fix his error has been rescheduled 4 times. This man is not who you want as the face of the company.

Refrigerator repair
I was not happy with the service. I feel the work I had done did not match up with the price. The technition was nice but unprepaired. I had to give him tools to use plus he didn't have equipment to finish the job

Won't use Sears Ever Again
No one showed up on scheduled day. Showed up late second day. Left all my frozen foods on the counter and didn't put them away when I declined further service which would take an additional seven days to get parts. Made inappropriate remarks about the call center workers who handled the scheduling. The only reason this gets one star is he was nice to my dog.
