After explaining my problem, and giving you all the model. make and serial numbers you should have told me they don't make or have this part any more . It was a waste of Donta and my time. AND a waste of my money !

Everything was going fine and I waited all day for the tech. I had to ask the digital assistant why the tech did not come. He responded that we would reschedule the appointment. The tech came on the rescheduled day and promptly fixed the refrigerator.

Red Lion, PAHope 3rd Time Proves A Success
Today, June 5, 2024, marks the third time our 2010 Kenmore stopped working since April 8, a period of less than 60 days. Ashley D.'s fix on April 11 lasted but three days when another service technician was dispatched. After an hour or so on this date, Ashley assured the repair would last as he is certain the issue now has been resolved with the work he performed in the appliance's motor area where he installed a new compressor.

Douglas did a good job with the service. I did not get any notifications of the time to expect him. Overall unhappy with A&E. It took 3 weeks to get my dryer repaired and it was not complicated. Only required new drum rollers
