Ashley did a great job finding the problem and ordering the part we needed. When he returned he installed it and our fridge is back up and running. Straight to the point and fixed. Great technician and service.

Technician was completely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Not thrilled about having to set aside an entire day for the appointment, but that wasn't his fault. Also, since he had to use a truck other than his regular one, we had to wait (and pay for) over one hour while he went to pick up a part that wasn't on the truck. Again, not his fault. The dispatcher should have provided a fully stocked truck.

Jeffrey was very courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our problem rather quickly, reviewed our options to include the Sears warranty program and was very knowledgeable about that as well. We knew our dishwasher was old (q16 years old) so, we did deny all his services and chose to buy new but, he did a nice job!

Keep folks isolate yourself from your customers almost to the point of not having any way of contacting you guys. If the problem has something to do with one of the processes you're prepared for then there's no problem but if there's any issue outside of that you don't have people on the phone you don't have email the most frustrating time I've ever had having anything repaired has been with you folks during this recent dishwasher repair. Even though the service was good I'm never going to do business with you folks again because it's too hard to get in contact with you if anything is a little different
