They had the time between 8 am and 5 pm and so I waited till around 11:45. Very much appreciated that the dish washer was fixed before 1 pm. Jeff was very professional! Very friendly

Dish washer tech was great
The set up to get the tech on site gets a 0. The schedule is difficult to set up and a 7am to 6 pm winDow is ridiculous. Then it was changed twice after I already took off work. Then the guy came but didn't have the correct part even though I explained what was wrong earlier. Had to wait another week and finally Jeff came and fix it efficiently, was very nice and timely. If the set up aspect doesn't improve, I will be switching my Maintenance service.
