Travis did what he had to do and ended up fixing the microwave.100% satisfied with him but.. The company need an agent working in the customer service better than the automated one. Waiting from 8-5 for a service that would arrive in between is such a big time range that is definitely need to be shorter, it wastes your whole day because u r afraid to leave the house and the technician would arrive.

Technician came as promised. Ordered part I needed and came back to install. Very conscientious and knowledgeable. Only drawback with service company is that I had to wait 2 weeks for refrigerator repair. It was an inconvenience to me to haul my food over to daughter's house and back again for 2 weeks. Service time needs to be more expedient.
