Washer imbalance fixed quickly
Douglas diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to reattach a part. He also saw that balance pads were very worn and was able to replace them with parts available in his truck. He also was very personable. I really appreciate his work.

Douglas was extremely thorough and honest. He informed us what was happening with the dryer and his plan to resolve. Douglas is extremely experienced and knew how to handle all issues. When complete, he ensured the dryer and the area was safe and clean. He provided information on the situation and answered all our questions. Douglas is very professional and customer service oriented.

I was given five times: 8-5: 9-12; 5:17 and 5:45. I was then notified at 1:19 that he was on his way. I had to plan on waiting all day, then all morning and then was notified that it was going to be after five o'clock. I could have been doing things all day. And then he comes at 1:30! Not good customer service. James took care of the problem effectively and in a timely manner. He did an excellent job.

The Repairman explained the issue with our microwave to us in language we could understand. He was able to offer a temporary fix until our Home Warranty Company decide on an viable solution. Grateful to have the appliance while we wait!

This appointment had been rescheduled by Sears twice. So, I was frustrated. Douglas was prompt, in and out, fixed my dryer in a matter of minutes, had a quick chat and never gave me a chance to remember I was frustrated. Thank you for starting my day off on the right foot!

Travis did what he had to do and ended up fixing the microwave.100% satisfied with him but.. The company need an agent working in the customer service better than the automated one. Waiting from 8-5 for a service that would arrive in between is such a big time range that is definitely need to be shorter, it wastes your whole day because u r afraid to leave the house and the technician would arrive.
