Excellent Maintenance On My Electrolux Washer and Dryer

Travis was on time and worked well to perform maintenance on my washer and dryer. I was very pleased that he paid attention to detail and explained what had to be done and why. He offered tips to help me take better care of my laundry appliances. He is a real asset to Sears Home Services.

Jeffrey is rated 5 Stars because he was nowledgeable in his asks and he indicated concern and some flexibility to get my issue resolves. I rate Sears Home Services a one star because they failed to timely purchase the required parts and to provide followup support and no tracking numbers. This caused my appointments to be reschedules 5 times over a 2 week period.

Ashley did a wonderful job repairing our LG refrigerator. He arrived on time , diagnosed the problem, and ordered the parts. Once the parts arrived, he was there the next day to install and get our refrigerator back online. Kudos to him.
