Douglas T. Was great! The only issue was out of his hands! The tracking system you folks set up is terrible. It said he would arrive at 8:00 pm. He got here at 3.

Haven't had the machines checked since they were purchased the technician was pleased with the condition and after his inspection hopefully they will go on for another 7 years, although I'll have them checked yearly like I used to with prior appliances. Dick was professional and enlightening.

This was an installation trip. Douglas was here a couple of weeks ago to diagnose the problem; at which time he ordered the parts. The parts were mailed to the house and we scheduled the replacement. Douglas came back and was in and out in 25 minutes. Very nice guy. Explained the problem and fixed it quickly.
