Jeff is great. Informative, diligent and quick. However, The AI customer service and the call center at Sears Home Services is the worst customer service I have ever endured. I took several days off of work when my appt was confirmed on the day. Only hours later I was informed it was canceled. Customer service could care less. Thank you Jeff for fixing our issue.

Ronald came out twice. Very professional, understood the problem. He kept in touch about his arrival, kept me informed about what he was doing. The problem was solved quicker and cheaper than we first thought. He was super friendly and professional at the same time.
