Terrible

Whilst the technician was polite and respectful, the appliance still is not operating correctly. This has been over a month and I am unable to store prescription medication in addition to food. I don't understand why this cannot be resolved.

Fridge doesn't work properly

I give it one star because I paid so much money to have my refrigerator cooled and after a week the refrigerator was frozen all up, vegetables, milk, everything and I called to report it and it turns out that I have to pay again for them to check something they did wrong, they tell me that it counts as a guarantee and that they will discount 25% of the work they do, when they are not supposed to charge me anything because it was something wrong that they did, because when they went to check the refrigerator they gave me the complete diagnosis and I paid for that and for the fix and now I have to pay for another diagnosis? Please ask to speak immediately with the head of the company

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Technician was great. When I called to schedule the appointment I specifically asked what payment would be required IF the dryer could not be fixed. I was told that the techs have all parts needed and that the dryer could 100% be fixed. That was not the case and I was on the hook to pay for a service visit that left me in the same situation as I was before it. Now I have to pay for a new dryer AND a service visit. If my question had been answered truthfully during the call, I would likely not have proceeded with the visit. This manipulation and false information is unacceptable. I am providing feedback in this form to give your team an opportunity to rectify a disgraceful situation. I asked a straightforward question and was lied to. Refrigerator 'non' repair or even assessment

First he said he was afraid of dogs through the door so I put them outside. The he came in said he had asthma & could not stay. Should be something he makes his employer aware of.

Not good! He didn't even take his tools. Out Like other sears guys would.to look at stuff to see if there was a problem.with our refrigerator! so I am not happy! With today service! And I have been a customer with Sears my whole life!!
