the serviceman was excellent, he seemed to know what the problem was . Now we have to make sure the filter and filter housing is in proper functioning order . if not I'll be calling you back. The scheduling time is very, very very poor , two weeks is really unacceptable, you need to service sooner especially in an emergency. thank you

You were prompt in setting the repair appointment and your repair technicians were timely. Unfortunately, the needed parts were not available and we had to cancel the repair. Not your technicians' fault. However, your communications with me were unclear and contradictory, causing unnecessary confusion.

I have to say this technician did not impress me at all. I really needed a second opinion on the issue but he didn't have the specialized equipment to do the job. Offering his resume of on the job 40years didn't convince me he had the right answer to my problem. Then to say the part is not available.

The tech gave us an estimate of close to 700 dollars. I checked with other sources and found that the cost for the stated repair was at lest double what is charged by others. I suspect the technician either did not know what the problem was or felt it was too much work and made the estimate high, so we would refuse the repair..which we did. I'm checking to see my options with this....better business bureau, internet posts, lawyer etc. Need my money back!!
