EXCELLENT TECHNICIAN
Michael was the consummate professional, given all of the challenges he had with this repair. Even though I know it was frustrating, and he made at least 5 trips to our remote home, none of which were his fault, he was pleasant and thorough. World class, through and through!

Problem far from resolved due to all the parts received don't fit this GE stackable washing machine. New leaf has to either get me and repair service the correct parts or give me a replacement stackable unit. This has been going on over a month and I have boxes od parts in from my house that are unusable!!!! HELP
