Jeffrey was fantastic! He was polite & friendly, mindful of the children & pets (obviously they were all out of his way) but he was not loud or disturbing to the sleeping baby or nosey dog. He addressed all my concerns in a prompt & efficient manner. I hope he comes back if any other appliances need servicing.
