From appointment time changes to appliance testing, Dave was on top of making sure communicating was a top priority. He was very thorough and patient with walking both myself and his trainee through the process of fixing my washer by explaining how he tested the machine to detect the problems. He was even able to fix a problem that the prior serviceman left behind. Based on this service alone, I'd recommend this company for repairs in a heart beat.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am that Shane was my technician. Overall I had a difficult experience with Sears. Your company makes it nearly impossible to receive satisfaction. Shane came to my rescue. He repeatedly followed up and interceded with managers at Sears to get me a new dryer. He followed our claim for five weeks and helped me navigate your very difficult often impossible phone system. I have more patience than most I am an educated woman. Without Shane this outcome would not be possible. He renewed my faith in service delivery. Your company should have Shane instruct others on customer service.
