Dave M provided excellent service and is an asset to Sears. He is reliable, thorough & always has to work through a bunch of obstacles (parts not ordered, not received, appointments randomly cancelled). He is a problem solver.

David is a great technician that seems very well versed in all GE appliances. He replaced the boards in my induction range. I'm not sure that it fixed the problem but he told me to wait a few weeks to see if it corrected itself.
