Our experience was not good at all this time. In the past, we were able to call and speak with someone. This is no longer available. We received constant texts from AI and our appointment kept being changed. And when the tech did not show up on a snowy day we did not receive any message that he was not coming. Not very happy with the service from assurance at all. I do not plan on renewing at the end of my plan.
