model NE63B8611SS/AA Ron was excellent, very knowledgeable. Received the diag fee receipt via email. I would have been nice to get the estimate of repair via email also, but i was able to take a pic of it on Ron's phone. Hopefully samsung will cover the repair. I would recommend sears and Ron for home applience repairs.
