The ice maker was not functioning, and a technician came out to replace a part. However, he left the refrigerator in unacceptable condition. The seams were sticking out, exposing the rubber, and the sides were not flush with the frame. It was extremely difficult to reach Sears Home Protection Services to speak with a live representative and have someone return to properly repair these issues. I am very frustrated with both Sears and the poor quality of service I received. I have tried several numbers and methods and yet I still cannot reach a live agent to remedy this issue.

Absolute waste of time. Gave 3 hour window for service and showed up 5 min before end of window at 5pm. Technicians clearly wanted no part of being here and wanted to end their day. They were also incompetent - had a picture of the error message and we had bought the part required ahead of time. Refused to repair unless we bought the EXACT SAME PART but with a warranty through them. This is a SCAM. When tried to contact customer service do not have any live representatives and no resolution can be reached. DO NOT CONTACT THEM FOR SERVICE.

Kenneth was fine! The rest of your service is subpar! I was jerked around for 5 months, constant emails about parts delayed, service date changed! I called and finally got a human being to speak with (Augustus) who was of no help whatsoever! I told him I had to purchase a new oven and wanted to speak with a supervisor, was told there was none, asked for someone to call me, told no one would! Canceled the service ticket and was still bombarded by emails stating parts and service date delayed. Your AI service is abominable! According to my agreement, I believe I should be compensated for the price of my new oven! Three major holidays came and went and if I had not purchased a new oven I would not have been able to have my family for our meals as I am the family matriarch and prepare meals for 15 people! I most definitely will NOT ever recommend your company to anyone and if I could, I would rate you with negative stars!

Outrageous expensive service. A half hour to replace a ten dollar switch was $386. Look for someone else.

Steven was great. Should have just bought a new washer. $600+ is criminal. Unfortunately, you can’t give zero stars. Never again!!!

Horrible customer service. No called no show for the repair appointment on 5/8. This was a follow up from a diagnostic appointment from 4/16. Now my new rescheduled appointment is is 5/22. Over a month and a half from original call on 4/6. That long without a refrigerator is ridiculous and Sears simple does not care. After this repair I will never use them again and I highly advise you stay away from them as well.

The technician was great. The scheduling was horrible. We got an e-mail stating that the part that was ordered would not arrive on time to meet the scheduled appointment and it was rescheduled for a week later. However, we had the ordered part. There was no need to reschedule the appointment. I tried to have it moved back to the original appointment and the Ai told me it could not. I finally got a person and got it moved up. My recommendation is DUMP AI.

Not satisfied. I was told I would get a call ahead of time before they came out to see what needed to be done. I did not get that courtesy call. The person came and looked very inexperienced. Told me I had the glass and needed the lid as well. She told me they don’t sell them any longer. Not true I just saw it on Sears website. Not happy I paid $136.76 for a diagnostic RIP OFF FOR NOTHING. NEVER AGAIN! Waste of my time and money! Pissed!

Angel the service technician was knowledgeable, courteous and more importantly, professional. For as the Sears overall customer service concerning appointments and notifications for changes or cancelations, really need serious attention. Had two (2) appointments canceled without notifications and had to contact my warranty company who contacted them. Two days of making changes or cancelations for waiting at home 8am - 5pm. Not Acceptable!!!!

Terrible, scheduled two times for washing machine repair diagnosis and didn’t show up. Been waiting whole day both times at home and no early alert or anything saying that the appointment will be cancelled until the last minute. Don’t waste your time at this place. No second chance.
