Steve was exceptional! He knew exactly what was wrong. Took the dryer apart in a few minutes and found the issue. Sadly, the repair on my 23 year old Kenmore was too much money.

We had two excellent technicians, one for the dishwasher and the other for the ice maker. Both technicians were friendly and courteous. I was really pleased that the parts came quickly. I think the condition of the appliances is as good as when we purchased them.

Punctual, communicative, and friendly service. Took the time to really investigate the issue with our appliance and explain the options available to us. Highly recommend! (plus my dog loved him, so thats a recommendation in itself).

Service was GREAT. What was not great is the overuse of AI. I kept getting rescheduled for no reason and with no human in the system there was no way to get things sorted out. Zero stars for their communication.
