Technician was very efficient as he fixed the problem in 10 minutes. The AI (non-human) system to book appointments is TERRIBLE. I had two other appointments cancelled half way through g the scheduled day before this technician showed up as scheduled. Your system used to be very good, it is now an abomination and a waste of the customer's time in waiting for a tech is subsequently canceled.

I had another company out that had a 4.9 star rating to fix a washer. I gave the make, model number and error code prior to the appt. The guy showed up, never text prior, he opened the door, shook the drum and I was charged $150 diagnostic fee (all of 2 min) Not once did he turn the washer on or open any panel. He told me the part I needed will be hard to get because the company is out of business and they no longer make it but will let the company know and get back to me. 2 days later still no call so I looked up and found that sears who I was told is out of business still had service. I got an appt the same day, the tech who was super nice texted prior to showing up and 30 min later my washer was fixed. He told me the brand was not discontinued and he had the part that was supposedly hard to find on his truck. I highly recommend this company, don’t just go by the star ratings because this company should be a 5 and the other a 1.
