The tech was an awesome person. He knew what he was doing. He knew what he was talking about. He explained everything every step of the way! He answered any questions I had. Reassured me on things and made me feel good about having to call again in the future if needed! Very compassionate and understanding! His level of expertise is highly appreciated and he is appreciated over all!

A tech in Dec told me there were no longer parts for my old Kenmore. Never checked. However, Brad who diagnose the problem this week, said of course parts are available, ordered them.,delivered next day, and Brad came today, made the repairs-- All done within 48 hr. I am most pleased with all phases of the operation
